How does pricing work across properties?

FixRoute uses tiered flat-rate pricing based on how many properties you manage — not per-property charges. Solo covers up to 3 properties for £9/month. Landlord covers up to 10 properties for £22/month. Portfolio covers unlimited properties for £45/month. Within each tier, the price never changes regardless of how many repairs you run.

What's the difference between Solo, Landlord, and Portfolio?

The only difference is the number of active properties you can manage. All plans include the same features: unlimited repairs, tenant report links, contractor job links, photo attachments, and the full timestamped audit trail. Choose your plan based on your portfolio size — you can upgrade as you grow.

How does the free trial work?

When you sign up, you get 14 days on the Landlord plan with no credit card required. This means you can add up to 10 properties and run complete repairs during your trial. At the end of the 14 days, you choose the plan that fits your portfolio. If you don't add a payment method, your account pauses — no surprise charges.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel from your account settings at any time. No notice period, no cancellation fee, no questions asked. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation. There are no long-term contracts.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes — paying annually saves 17% (you get 12 months for the price of 10). Solo annual is £90/year, Landlord annual is £220/year, and Portfolio annual is £450/year. Annual plans are billed upfront and can be cancelled for a pro-rata refund.

Do my tenants or contractors need to pay anything?

No. Tenants report repairs via a permanent link — no app download, no account, no cost to them. Contractors receive scoped job links showing only their assigned work — again, no account or payment required. Only the landlord pays the subscription.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your data is stored in the UK, processed under GDPR, and never sold to third parties. You can request a full export or deletion at any time. Our Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

Is there enterprise pricing or multi-user access?

FixRoute is currently designed for individual self-managing landlords. If you're managing properties on behalf of multiple owners or need multi-user access, contact us to discuss what we can do.
