How does pricing work across properties?

FixRoute is one flat plan — £19/month for any number of properties. There are no tiers, no per-property charges, no per-repair charges, and no caps. Whether you manage one property or fifty, the price never changes regardless of how many repairs you run. Grow your portfolio as much as you want and it never costs more.

Will I be charged more as my portfolio grows?

No. The whole point of the flat plan is that you're never charged more — and never blocked — for adding properties. One flat price covers any number of properties, so there's nothing to upgrade and no surprise as you scale.

How does the free trial work?

When you sign up, you get 14 days of full access with no credit card required. You can add as many properties as you like and run complete repairs during your trial. At the end of the 14 days you decide whether to subscribe. If you don't add a payment method, your account pauses — no surprise charges.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel from your account settings at any time. No notice period, no cancellation fee, no questions asked. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation. There are no long-term contracts.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes — paying annually costs £190/year, which works out as two months free compared with paying monthly. Annual plans are billed upfront and can be cancelled for a pro-rata refund.

Do my tenants or contractors need to pay anything?

No. Tenants report repairs via a permanent link — no app download, no account, no cost to them. Contractors receive scoped job links showing only their assigned work — again, no account or payment required. Only the landlord pays the subscription.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your data is stored in the UK, processed under GDPR, and never sold to third parties. You can request a full export or deletion at any time. Our Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

Is there enterprise pricing or multi-user access?

FixRoute is currently designed for individual self-managing landlords. If you're managing properties on behalf of multiple owners or need multi-user access, contact us to discuss what we can do.
